For Clubs

One medical platform for the whole club.

KOVERNA Club connects the medical team, coaches and players around the same athlete record — through injury, rehabilitation and return to sport — while keeping clinical information appropriately controlled.

£54.99/month or £549.99/year — all club staff accounts included. 14-day free trial, no card required.

Healthcare management built around the team.

KOVERNA Club isn't a general practice tool repurposed for sport. It's designed around how clubs actually work — squads, seasons, positions and a medical team that needs proper clinical tools alongside the staff who support them.

Built around your squad

Every player is linked to their team, position and season — not just a name in a list.

Clinicians at the centre

Your medical team gets full clinical tools while coaches see what they need.

Privacy by design

Clinical records stay separate from operational availability — controlled by role.

Connected end to end

Injury, rehab, return to sport and availability all flow through one system.

Role-based access, by design.

Each role sees exactly what they need — nothing more, nothing less. Permissions are enforced at the record level, so sensitive clinical information stays with the people qualified to handle it.

Clinicians

Full clinical access — assessments, notes, rehab programmes and medical status for every athlete they treat.

Coaches

See squad availability, training and match status — without exposure to confidential clinical notes.

Players

A personal portal to view appointments, rehab programmes and request medical support.

Club Admins

Manage the club structure, squads, staff and settings — with oversight of who can access what.

What KOVERNA Club includes.

Everything the medical team needs to look after a squad across a season, and everything the coaching staff need to act on it.

Athlete database

Players with contact details, squad, position, season and medical status on one record.

Squad & season structure

Clubs create their own teams, squads and positions, and assign players season by season.

Injury episodes

Record injuries by body region with status, mechanism and an expected return date.

Rehabilitation

Prescribe rehab programmes against the injury and track how they are being completed.

Return to sport

Move players through assessment, strength, running and sport-specific progression stages.

Squad availability

A live operational view for authorised staff — deliberately separate from clinical records.

Player Insight

Training and match exposure, minutes played and post-match feedback from the players themselves.

Coach handover

Release exactly what the coaching team needs, with clinical detail kept in the clinical record.

Platform-wide capability — note templates, clinical documents, the exercise library, portals, outcome measures and security — is the same in both products. See the full feature list.

Inside KOVERNA Club.

The screens your medical team and coaches use through a season — squads and availability, injury burden, exposure, and what the coaching staff are told.

Club structure

Organise your club the way it actually runs.

Clubs create their own squads, age groups and positions, and assign players to them season by season. Every assignment stays with the athlete's record, so a new season never rewrites the last one.

  • Your own squads, teams and positions
  • Players assigned per season, kept as history
  • Registered and former members kept distinct
  • Athlete records linked to squad, position and season

Squad availability

A squad picture coaches can act on.

Authorised club staff see who is available, who is modified and who is in rehabilitation — a live operational view that sits deliberately apart from confidential clinical records.

  • Available, modified, rehabilitation and return to training
  • Current week, per squad, for authorised staff only
  • Coaches see availability, never clinical detail
  • Updated as the medical team works, not by hand

Injury burden

Injury burden calculated from real player-days.

See what proportion of the squad was fit, injured or in rehabilitation across a season, and which body regions are costing you most time — measured from elapsed days, not appointment counts.

  • Fit, injured and rehabilitation percentages
  • Body-region burden for the season
  • Days lost, calculated from real elapsed player-days
  • Season-by-season comparison

Training & match exposure

Know what each player actually did.

Players log training sessions and matches from the portal — attendance, minutes and how it felt afterwards. Anything not reported is shown as not yet reported rather than assumed, so the picture stays honest.

  • Attendance and minutes per session and match
  • Unreported records shown as not yet reported
  • Post-match feedback, including any symptoms reported
  • Staff can correct a record, with the change kept on file

Coach handover

Tell the coaching team what they need to know.

The clinician writes the handover — current status, what the player can do, any restrictions and the next review — and releases it deliberately. Coaches see the released version and nothing else, and clinical detail never leaves the clinical record.

  • Clinician-authored and explicitly released
  • Status, restrictions and coaching recommendations
  • Coaches never see clinical notes
  • Withdraw or replace a handover when the picture changes
